What Happens When Tokens Run Out?
Once your token credit balance reaches zero, you will no longer be able to use Sato AI.
You will still be able to use all the features of Scalify. Only the Sato AI features will be paused until you have tokens again.
How to Get More Tokens
You have two options when you run out of tokens:
Option 1: Wait for your billing cycle to reset. Your token credit resets automatically at the beginning of every new billing cycle based on your plan.
Option 2: Purchase tokens. If you need access to Sato AI right away, you can purchase additional tokens at any time. The cost of these tokens will be added to your next billing cycle; you will not be charged immediately.
How to Avoid Running Out of Tokens
Here are a few tips to help you manage your token balance effectively:
Monitor your usage regularly: Check your token balance inside your Scalify account to see how many tokens you have left and how they are being used.
Choose the right plan: If you frequently run out of tokens before your billing cycle ends, it may be worth upgrading to a higher plan.
You are never charged tokens for failed actions. If the task does not complete successfully, for example, if ad creation fails because a website is secured, no tokens will be deducted from your balance.
